Welcome to our tribe in the city!

Meet Sara. Also known as Sarafree.

At Our Urban Village, she is the Jewish city mommy turned jack of all trades. From foods and crafts to education, come on the journey to explore what happens to a former teacher with a Masters in Library Science when she sets out to build a community locally and virtually. In addition, see her adventures at parenting two energetic boys, who she doesn’t always parent well but embraces their innocent light and wonder daily.

Our Urban Village is a mom on a mission to educate herself and her family about being a mother, a father, a child, and a family in the 21st Century.

We are a 21st Century Tribe seeking community to better our understanding of the world and ourselves.
