So Noah wanted to mash bananas (thanks Sid the Science Kid). So I considered what ingredients were in stock, unfortunately our bread pan has disappeared. Muffins it twas.
The child was indeed a fabulous banana musher. It was a good activity to work on while I did all the other parts.
Very delicious muffins! And a good way to use my whole wheat flour.
